Covid-19
What are you doing to keep customers safe during the Covid-19 pandemic?
We have implemented a number of protocols to keep our staff and customers safe. Visit the Covid-19 Protocols page under the About Us section for more information.
What happens if LeapFrog Gymnastics has to close again due to Covid-19?
LeapFrog Gymnastics will follow all instructions given by the Government regarding the global pandemic. As a small buisness we are not able to issue refunds, we will issue credits for any missed classes, adventures or birthday parties due to a closure. This remains at our discretion and the circumstances at the time.
I have a credit on my account from the Covid-19 closure, when can I use it?
We are asking customers with a credit on their account to use this at the end of their registration or a later date. After being closed for four and half months we need time to rebuild our business.
Gymnastics Classes
How do I register for a gymnastics class?
To register for classes at LeapFrog Gymnastics you need to create an account. Once you have an account with us you can register for classes using our portal.
Do you have trial classes?
We feel that one class is not enough to make a decision. It usually takes several classes before your child warms up to the coach and other students. As well as learning the way their class runs. If you are unhappy at anytime during your enrollment contact us, we are here to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
Can I makeup a class I missed?
We do not provide make up classes. We have small class sizes and most classes are full.
When do classes start and end?
You can enroll into a class when you are ready to start and if a spot is available. For infomation on how to enroll go to our Registration page. If you wish to end your enrollment before the end of the annual session in August please email us one month before your monthly recurring payment is due, which is on the 20th of each month.
Can I switch the day and time of the class I'm in?
Yes you are more than welcome to switch the day and time of your class as long as there is a spot available in your preferred class. You can view class availability on the Gymnastic Classes page or by logging into your account and viewing the class schedule.
I only recived three classes this month because the gym was closed for a statutory holiday, do I get a refund for the missed class?
We are closed on all BC statutory holidays. Some months will receive 5 classes but there will not be an extra charge for the 5th class. Those days will be considered in lieu of any classes missed while LeapFrog Gymnastics is closed due to statutory holidays or inclement weather closures.

Account Questions
Are their extra fees I should know about?
Do I have to have a credit card to register or can I pay another way?
A credit card or bank account is required to register for classes and events online. If you elect to pay a recurring monthly payment by cash or e-transfer you must contact us to do so before the recurring payment date of the 20th or the autopay system will charge the credit card or bank account on file. We do not accept debit card payments.
General
What should participants wear at your facility?
T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, or stretchy pants/sweatpants. Please no baggy or long sleeve shirts, and no jewelry. Long hair should be pulled up and out of their faces. Children will be rolling so make sure they do not have anything in their hair that might hurt their heads. Avoid medal objects like buttons, zippers and belts as they may puncture the air castle.
What are your customer service hours so I can talk to somebody?
Customer service hours are located on the footer of this website and on the contact us page. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we do not have in person customer service.
I'm not receiving important emails from LeapFrog Gymnastics how do I fix this?
1. Please login to your account and check to see that you have not unsubscribed from our mailing list, and that the email address is correct. You can also select to receive text updates as well.
I had an account with you before, do I need to create a new account?
No you do not. Click on the My Account button at the top of this website to open the login window. Click the Reset Password under the sign in button. If you know the email you used with us before enter it and select Send Reset Email to reset your account password and gain access to your account. If you do not remember the email you used before please contact us to get you setup. Do not create a new account.
Adventure Day & Nights
Are there age restrictions for Adventure Days or Nights?
Children aged 3-5 years old cannot attend Professional days or Full Day Adventures.
Can I cancel an Adventure I registered for?
We do not offer any refunds or credits once payment has been made. If there is an extenuating circumstance and you cannot attend an Adventure Day or Night, please contact us.
Birthday Party
How do I book a birthday party?
Do I need to have all my guest sign a liability waiver?
Can I come earlier than my party start time to set up?
Our party room is currently not available for parties and we are not allowing food to be served at our birthday's due to Covid-19 restrictions. You can bring some balloons and decorations if you like to put something up in the lobby. With Covid-19 cleaning protocols in place you will not have more than 5 minutes before or after your party for setup and take down so nothing to elaborate, please!
Does LeapFrog Gymnastics provide food or birthday cakes?
No we do not. Currently we are not allowing food to be served at our birthday's due to Covid-19 restrictions.
What do I need to bring to the party?

Can we get more time added to our party?
No, you cannot extend your time. Party time's are booked back to back and with Covid-19 cleaning protocols in place it is impossible to add extra time.
What should the kids wear for the birthday?

Are guests parents allowed to enter the facility during the party?
No sorry. Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are asking all adults to pickup and drop off outside the facility. Except children under the age of 3.
